As Operations Manager, Ken oversees the field service team for overall customer support and pool system support of 500+ clients, weekly maintenance, system and design upgrades, renovations, openings and closings. Ken has a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology and a Master\u2019s degree in Business, 30+ years in the service industry and a continuing desire to learn and grow.
